It doesn't matter if you have the best information in the world, no one is going to read your article if your title is boring or does not entice curiosity or if it fails to tell the reader what your content is really about.
If you really want your audience to click your title to read the whole your article, you must give them something valuable and enticing. Put yourself in their shoes and think what type of information a headline should have to make you click.
